For safety - The Maxi Cosi FamilyFix Collection includes the FamilyFix Base, a state-of-the-art IsoFix base that is easy to install using a car's IsoFix anchoring points. A light-and-sound LED display rules out any incorrect fitting so you are ensured absolute safety. The multi-purpose signal notifies you that the base is correctly fitted onto the IsoFix anchoring points, the support leg is positioned correctly and finally, that the Pebble or Pearl car seat is securely fixed on the base.
For ease-of-use - Placing your child in the Maxi-Cosi Pebble or Pearl is just as quick thanks to its harness that automatically holds open. The FamilyFix Base offers you five reclining positions when using the Pearl and a more upright sitting position for your baby when using the Pebble. This is particularly useful for babies that are long as the sitting position will give extra room for their legs as they grow and will allow them to travel rearward-facing in the car with more comfort and maximum safety. For cars without Isofix you can use the belt-fitted EasyBase 2 to install the Pebble car seat.

The seat incorporates a head hugger which is round in design, this gives important support and protection needed for a young baby's head in the first few months. A range of fun accessories are available and the Pebble comes in funky colours which has something for everyone. The Pebble has matching footmuffs and blankets available and three different travel buddies to hang round the car seat's handle to entertain a child while travelling.
