Don't forget that the laws on car seats are changing this month, on September 18th.
As previously featured on ThinkBaby when the regulations were
announced in the spring, the key changes refer to the compulsory inclusion of booster seats for children under 12 years old. Previously, not
all children older than toddlers had to travel with booster seats. However, there are exceptions. (If a child is travelling in a taxi for
example. And in some cases it is a question of 'if available'.)

seat regulation changes.
