Pregnant Kourtney reveals which family members she plans to have present when she gives birth
Pregnant reality star Kourtney Kardashian has revealed her birth plan and who she’s chosen to be in the labour room with her when she has baby number 2.
Kourtney (as well as her sisters Kim and Khloe) revealed all in an interview with US chat show host Jimmy Fallon.
The reality star, 33, famously aired the birth of her first child on her family’s show Keeping up with the Kardashians. Kourtney revealed she was only allowed two people in the delivery room for the birth of son Mason, so the rest of the family hid in the birth suite.
“They only let two people in the room because of the swine flu, so Kim was hiding in the closet and my mom was peeking out of the closet,” said Kourtney.
Kourtney, who’s been feeling claustrophobic during her second pregnancy, admitted she’s hoping more than two people will be at her bedside this time round.
But sister Khloe will be on hand to perform the same birthing role she did the first time round.
“I was holding her legs, I held the legs and I’ve been asked to do that again,” revealed Khloe.
Kourtney amazed viewers of the reality show when she helped to deliver her son Mason by reaching down and lifting him out herself.
Khloe said, “Kourtney brought her own baby out of her.”
“I didn’t plan it,” says Kourtney. “That’s how people used to give birth by standing up and squatting.”
“That was such a nice moment,” she added.
Kourtney’s sister Khloe, who’s made no secret of her desire for a family of her own, revealed she’s so excited for the birth of her neice that she’s already started spoiling her.
“I have bought Kourt’s daughter so many tutus,” Khloe reportedly told Us Weekly.
“All I want to do is dip my niece in glitter and put a tutu on her!” Khloe said.
No word yet whether Kourtney’s planning to film the birth of her second baby for her E! reality show. Watch this space for Kardashian baby news!
