Beyonce reveals how she's changed since becoming a mum
Beyonce has reportedly been going through a transformation since giving birth to her daughter, Blue Ivy.
The singer has opened up about her new outlook on her fashion sense in an interview with People magazine, which has recently named her the World's Most Beautiful Woman.
We first noticed a more down to earth Beyonce when she admitted to the embarassing reason she had to leave hubby Jay-Z's concert while pregnant.
The pop star's style has noticeably changed since the birth of Blue Ivy earlier this year. The fashionista, normally known for her love of vertiginous heels, has been donning more practical flat shoes while out and about in New York with her baby daughter.
"I never thought there would be a day when I wouldn't wear heels. Now that I have a child, I walk around holding her all day, I'm buying loafers and Oxfords. I love them because they're comfortable, and shorter heels too," Beyonce told People magazine.
Beyonce revealed that hubby and superstar rapper Jay-Z, who's already featured daughter Blue Ivy in one of his songs, loves his wife's new look. "[Jay-Z] loves it when I wear flat shoes - just the relaxed natural me," she said.
The star seems to have also relaxed her beauty regime after reportedly admitting that she trimmed her own hair. "I recently cut two inches off myself - I just parted it in the middle and chh-chh-chh!" she said. Daughter Blue Ivy was born with a full head of hair as these first pics reveal, so maybe mum will soon be cutting hers too.
According to People magazine Beyonce has also revealed how breast-feeding Blue Ivy for 10 weeks helped her to lose 'the bulk' of her pregnancy weight and that she is now working out three times a week.
"I'm definitely softer. But I feel my body bouncing back. Whatever was tight and muscular, like my legs, I'm seeing it come back. You just have to work at it," Beyonce said. Maybe heading off on this posh Yoga retreat with her A-list pal helped.
It's nice to see that mummy Beyonce's becoming a lot more down to earth. After all, it's nice to know motherhood changes celebs too!
