Shilpa and husband Raj have welcomed their first child
Bollywood actress and controversial Big Brother star Shilpa Shetty has given birth to a baby boy in Mumbai, India.
Shilpa and husband Raj Kundra welcomed their first child together and Raj took to Twitter to share their baby news.
“God has blessed us with a beautiful baby boy. Both mother and baby are fine. I am thrilled to bits!!!!!!” Raj wrote. “A big thank you to my wife @TheShilpaShetty for the bestest gift ever, Dr Kiran Cohelo and all the staff at the Hinduja Hospital,” he added.
“Thank you for all your love and wishes for our new born. Both mum and Baby K are resting. Our parents now turn grand parents #blessedbaby,” Raj said.
It seems like the birth of his first child has given new dad Raj some food for thought as he tweeted: “After seeing what all a mother goes through to have a baby and give birth, no wonder kids are always closer to their mums! #jealous.”
Shilpa’s not the only Big Brother star becoming a mum for the first time this year, this reality star is due to give birth to her first child soon.
