JLo's getting broody...!
There’s definitely something in the air this winter. Not only have our homegrown celebs Emma Bunton, Myleene, Amanda Holden and Holly Willoughby announced their pregnancies, but Hollywood is awash with bumps too!
There are so many mums-to-be on the red carpet that J-Lo’s admitted to a bit of bump envy! She told ContactMusic that she loved the process of motherhood and would be delighted to be pregnant again. “As soon as I had the babies, I thought to myself, ‘I really want to do this a thousand more times’. I love this. This is life.”
After Kate Huson’s surprise announcement last week, more actresses have followed suit with Selma Blair and Alicia Silverstone revealing their bumps. Heavily pregnant Penelope Cruz is looking forward to giving birth in the next few weeks and just held an A-list baby shower with guests including Leonardo DiCaprio!
And as awards season gets underway, Natalie Portman hit the red carpet looking blooming thanks to her stylist Kate Young. Kate gave away some of Nat’s style secrets in Elle Magazine: “Being pregnant, your body is very specific, and it changes everything. I’m trying to keep her looking clean, modern, and flattering — and trying not to fall into pregnancy clichés.” Look out for our steal her style coming soon!
Finally, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr’s son has been named Flynn. Miranda posted an intimate picture of her and her son, taken by his dad. She also revealed how she found giving birth to her 9lbs 12oz bundle! “I gave birth to him naturally,” she said. “Without any pain medication and it was a long, arduous and difficult labour, but Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it. I could not have done it without him.”
