Claire is excited to raise her own little CIA!

Claire Danes has no idea what being a mum is going to mean, but is sure it’ll be a “profound change.”

The Homeland star, who is expecting her first child with hubby Hugh Dancy early next year, opened up about her impending motherhood on the Anderson Live show.

“There’s no way of anticipating what that’s going to mean for [Hugh and I], but we're very excited,” Claire told Anderson.

“We’re going to love this person, I know that.”

The Emmy-nominated actress, who is keeping the sex of the baby to herself, also admitted she might have the upper hand when it comes to raising her little one.

“My mum ran a toddler school in our loft, so I grew up with 2-year-olds all throughout my childhood,” added Claire.

“I know about early childhood development – that particular window I am pretty educated on.”

But Claire revealed she’s a bit rusty on the earlier years, joking, “Anything before and I might have some trouble.”

Anderson then surprised Claire with two babygros, one blue and one pink, with a Homeland twist reading 'CIA - Cutest Infant Alive.' Too cute!

Celebville is buzzing with baby news with Joanna Page announcing she’s pregnant, Anna Paquin giving birth to twins and Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie desperate to start a family.
