New mum Hilary talks about motherhood with Us Weekly
Hilary Duff, who gave birth to her son in March, has been praising the benefits of breast-feeding and sharing cute pics of new baby Luca with her Twitter followers .
Singer and actress Hilary, who is married to professional ice hockey player Mike Comrie, told Us Weekly she feels nursing her son is, "a really wonderful experience – challenging but wonderful."
Hilary, who was made sure she kept her weight down by doing this during her pregnancy, also revealed that isn't worrying too much about losing the baby weight.
"I'm not stressing about it. I'm working out because I honestly missed it during my pregnancy - getting in that good, hard work out," she said.
"I need endorphins in my life to be a happy person. I want my body back but I'm not freaked out or anything – just working out and trying to eat a little bit healthier," explained Hilary.
Since taking to Twitter to share the first snap of son Luca, Hilary has been posting more and more adorable pictures of her new son (see below for her full family album). Hilary wasn't wrong when she tweeted;"Oh no! The flood gates have opened! Proud mamma on the loose!I can't help myself.."
