Jessica Simpson reveals the first snaps of baby Maxwell
Jessica Simpson has given the world the first glimpse of baby daughter Maxwell Drew and revealed she loves breastfeeding in interviews with PEOPLE and WHO magazine.
The Fashion Star mentor, who’s reportedly set to launch a maternity fashion range, said that nursing her baby daughter has become “ a full-on-job”.
“It’s the worst if I have to pump and give Eric a bottle to give to her. I miss holding her and having that closeness,” the new mum explained.
The singer-turned-fashion-designer gave birth to her first child, Maxwell, last month but she her new arrival has completely turned her life around.
“My life has completely changed. From how I sleep to what I think about, Maxwell has definitely taken over everything!” Jessica said.
“We stare at her all the time. We can’t get enough!”
Jessica explained how she felt giving birth to baby Maxwell, who weighed 4.45kg, by c-section: “Seeing everything through Eric’s face was a moment I’ll never forget.”
“Eric said it best: when Maxwell was born, it felt like we were born again,” Jessica said.
“Seeing Eric with Maxwell is everything I’ve ever dreamed of: a daughter and the man of my dreams.”
The singer, whose pregnancy weight gained a lot of attention, recently revealed she’s the new face of WeightWatchers and shared her thoughts on her post-baby body.
“After you have a baby it’s like, ‘Oh my god, what happened to my body?’” Jessica told WHO.
“This is not me! It would be nice to feel comfortable in a bikini but that’s not my goal,” she said. “I just want to fit into my jeans.”
