Daily Mail columnist Liz Jones reveals her desperation to have a baby led to sneaking around behind her partner’s back
Would you ever steal sperm?
Confessional Daily Mail columnist Liz Jones has revealed how her desperation to be a mum led her to steal her husband’s sperm while he was asleep.
But her husband wasn’t the only victim of this crime. Now in her 50s, Liz admits to first trying the trick with her live-in then boyfriend, when she was in her late 30s.
"Because he wouldn’t give me what I wanted, I decided to steal it from him. I resolved to steal his sperm from him in the middle of the night,” Liz writes.
“The ‘theft’ itself was alarmingly easy to carry out,” she continues. “One night, after sex, I took the used condom and, in the privacy of the bathroom, I did what I had to do. Bingo.”
But the impregnation attempt failed and it was several years later that a newly-married Liz decided to give it another go, this time with her unwilling husband.
Once again the attempt failed and Liz has now resigned herself to being childless. She concludes her confession with a bizarre warning to all men with partners in their late 30s and early 40s, saying that men should keep an eye on their sperm and dispose of used condoms themselves.
Bonkers or something you’d try?
