Come on Lily - we're on tenterhooks here!
Lily Allen has been keeping the world guessing about what she’s naming her baby daughter, since giving birth on Saturday.
But we can exclusively reveal that she’s actually known the name for weeks.
In an interview in September, Lily revealed that her mum, film producer Alison Owen, was so desperate to know the sex, she had already christened her bump. "She thinks she knows what it is and whenever she calls me she refers to the baby as Betty,” Lily explained. So, now Lily’s welcomed her baby girl will it stick?
Lily made it clear during a previous pregnancy that sadly ended in miscarriage, that she and hubby Sam Cooper wouldn’t go all ‘celeb’ and call her a “stupid” name.
"I think Sam is way too straight and traditional for that sort of thing,” Lily said. “He'd get the mick taken out of him on the building site.”
