The bootylicious singer announces the news on an Australian network channel but video clip causes rumours she's faking her baby bump
Mega star Beyonce reveals baby due date
R&B Queen Beyonce Knowles reveals the news we’ve all been waiting for, that her baby is due in February 2012.
After plenty of speculation, the mum-to-be announced on Australian network Channel 7’s ‘Sunday Night HD’ the date her and hubby, rapper Jay Z, will welcome the newest addition to their family.
The diva showed off her baby bump proudly in a short fuchsia dress and talked happily about the impact having a baby will have.
Beyonce said: “It has already changed my life. My husband and I have been together for ten years for all of my twenties – since I was 20 and we just feel like it’s time.
“I’m very grateful that God has blessed me with the biggest gift that any human being can have. I think because I’ve accomplished a lot of things for myself and I really know who I am.”
The starlet added: ”I didn’t rush into anything and I feel like if it’s any time, right now is the time and I’m so happy.”
The couple’s first child together is hotly anticipated as Beyonce’s pregnancy announcement topped Twitter’s most exciting news chart ever.
Even new mum Pink has been sharing some well-thought advice, telling the loved-up pair to get their sleep while they can.
But rumours have since been circulating that Beyonce is faking her baby bump and using a surrogate to have her first baby, after her belly appeared to "fold" as she sat down to be interviewed (see the pic below). Bey's publicist has rubbished the talk as “stupid, ridiculous and false." What do you think?
