The forums are an essential part of what makes ThinkBaby such a popular website for everyone from those trying to conceive to women with tons of questions in pregnancy to parents wanting to swap ideas and share experiences. To say thank you for all your wonderful contributions, we're going to enter everyone who posts on the Birth or Newborn forum threads automatically into a draw for a goodie bundle of pampering treats suitable for babies and new mums.

I just want to let people know that Great Ormond Street have a very helpful website for babies and children with birth marks.

My daughter Willow has a wee shooting star shaped port wine stain above her lip which no medical professional we encountered after her birth was willing to give conclusive advice on.

However after a net search i found the birthmark support group,and contacted a very kind lady called Toni Lingfield who heads up the pws group.

The advice given was reassuring and has sent us in the right direction.

It's good to know you are not on your own especially as people can be quite rude, the site provides you with both  practical and emotional support.
