its hard to say what babies dream about, their much like us, what do we dream about? everything and anything! I wouldnt worry about ur child dreaming and making noises, as long as she is not upset and distressed by these dreams, then let her dream. If she is fidgeting then thats nothing to be worried about. Give her and yourself room in bed/cot so she doesnt disturb you. Hope this helps.
