Can anyone tell me how I can get a DVD of childbirth (preferably free) of any sites on the internet? My sister-in-law is pregnant (due august), she is 17 & wants to watch a childbirth DVD to see what it is like. She does not have internet access.

The NCT have recently done one with Davina McCall I think. Mums-to-be can get their free DVD by:

Asking their midwife for a copy of the March issue of Bumps and Babies magazine - NCT's free quarterly magazine distributed to over 700,000 parents-to-be each year by midwives, in maternity units, GP surgeries, Sure Starts, nurseries and antenatal clinics. Ordering an individual copy of the magazine and DVD online at www.nct.org.uk/bumps or by calling 0870 444 8707.
