Does flexible working make you more committed? Fill in a short survey with the opportunity to win a £50 Amazon voucher
I am conducting research at the University of Manchester on how different working patterns, for example working part-time, full-time or working at home, can influence employees attitudes towards their organisation and their wellbeing.
I am looking for participants to fill in a short, confidential, online survey on their experiences - and in particular those who have moved to a flexible-working arrangement, e.g. working at home or working part-time. The survey takes around 10 minutes to fill in, and there is the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Amazon voucher for participating.
