morning ladies,

well af is due today, no sign of her yet, but there is plenty of time eh???

the diet is going well, i am only having fruit for breakfast, cereals for lunch, meat with salad for tea. no choc, crisps, sugar in tea/coffee, cakes or snacking between meals, its bloody hard ladies but i am determined to do it.

hope eveyone is well and happy

karen xx

hi wiggle. have you thought about going to your docs and getting a free 10wk referal to weight watchers. helps the bank balance, is great support and the drs can see you are making some efforts. plus it seemed to work for me. only went to 3 sessions before finding out i was pg!! could be a good omen!! i know how difficult loosing can be. but i found upping the walking and ditching the car has helped loads. that might be worth a go. boring and annoying i know but def worth a go.

well better get ready for work. my boobs are dead sore today!! not fair. must be having a growth spurt!! they are gonna be massive!!

speak soon all xxx

My weight seems to have gone from one extreme to the other, when I joined this thread I weighed 12st 4lb and wore a size 16-18, I now weigh 8st 8lb and am wearing a 10. I never intended to lose this much weight and it is starting to worry me. I have stoped dieting and am just eating healthy but it is still dropping off, I feel weak and keep blacking out. I really dont want to lose any more weight.

Glad all is going well for you natty, and well done maintaining your weight! If you keep on like this it will drop off you once baby is born.

hi nattyxxxx

hi nicola your weight loss worries me too honey i think you should speak to the doctorsxxx

hi all.

nic - think it may be worth going to he docs. if only for them to monitor you, check your iron levels etc and make sure ther is nothing sinister going on. it could be a virus. i had blackout probs a few years back and was really poorly. had blds, ecg's eeg's and mri scans but found nothing. i just got better by myself. but if it was something more i was happy they were doing something about it. and as for weight loss some people take longer to platau then others so it may be your body still reacting to your diet change. but pls get it checked out. hon.

well i better get dressed. am being really lazy. been up for a few hours and done jack!!! xxx

hi natty we only jsut got up lovely!

xxxx

Hi, I have got an appointment for tomorrow so maybe they will be able to shed some light on it. Natty, I thought it was a virus at first because I had a bad chest a lingering cold then I got loads of tiny spots under my skin, so maybe it is that that is causing it afterall. My mam is due back today and I know she is going to go mad at how much weight I have lost, oops.

Hi girls.  Sorry, i forgot about this site. Just flicking through sites and landed on this one. SORRY. I feel ashamed.

Anyone heard from Amanda? How did she get on?  Just out of interest, how old is she. I don't think i've spoken to her before.

Amanda, if you're about, congratulations and well done hun. x

Hi Holly

I keep forgetting about this site too!

Hi Tereza. I know. Not many post on this site anymore. It's sad. There mustn't be many larger ladies about!!! Only the usual crowd lol.

You were talking about slim fast on the other site. I've done that in the past. It's always worked for me. I might do the same as you, and do the "D" word.  My sisters' and i have been discussing that very subject today. I LOVE my food too, and it's really hard to diet. I'm pushing 40 and being larger, i'm running out of time. I've decided it is a good idea (just like u) to at least give it a go. I'd better invest in a pair of scales.

Wonder if it's a good idea to get an excercise vid too?!!

Show/hide user stats

HI HOlly yes i guess it is just now then?  Dont know if you saw but natty has started a thread for just chatting in the general section of the forum for anyone whether had baby, preg or ttc

Yeah holly slimfast is the only one that really works for me its ok as long as you can stick to it so shall see! when i weighed myself on monday it was 19.3 stone so really need to do something and fast!  I love my food too especially the takeaway stuff

we can diet together if you want support each other? i tried the exercise video and didnt use it but have a gym ball, chair cycle thing and some other exercise bits gyms are too expensive so rather just exercise at home!  bding is good exercise too he he!
