 Hi Mum 2 Chris!
I'd noticed there was no thread for April yet & was gonna wait til I got back from hospital after this afternoon before hopefully starting/joining one but thought I'd pop on here this morning to say hi!
I am hoping that I'm due April (!) with my second - as I am already Mum 2 Lily - aged 11 mths! If I'm still preggie then I will be due mid April around the 13th so I'm about 6 weeks right now. How old is Chris / what will the age gap be for you? And what's your due date?
Oh - & how rude of me - I nearly forgot! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
Anyway - here's hoping I'll be able to join you properly on here soon!

Hi there, I'm due in April 09 but this is my first. Only 7 weeks along so still have a few more to go before getting my proper due date - I reckon its somewhere between the 7th and 25th. It'll be nice as my birthday's the 17th! Can't wait to find out if its a boy or a girl! CONGRATULATIONS to everyone!! xxx

Hi everyone! So lovely to get so many responses already. Thanks for all your congrats and offers of support/ advice. I found this website fantastic when I was ttc in 2006 and then went on to be pregnant with Chris who is now 13months. There is even a name I became familiar with so hi Ronchi. Sorry I never had the guts last time round to write anything but it was gr8 to see everyone going through the same worries and concerns as I was at the time. I am due on April 20th so only 5-6 weeks along but feel very positive and definitely feeling and seeing pregnancy changes already. Anyone else suffered rib pain this early? Was told it was the pregnancy hormones preparing the diaphragm hence why I am expanding at the top of belly already! Congrats to all of you who are pregnant and due quite soon, fingers crossed for you Joy that you are confirmed soon. Hope you can join Loopy and myself on our journey. Is this your first or second Loopy? Gillxxx

Well I'm still pregnant at the moment - but sadly I think I'm probably about to miscarry.  Should have known not to post on here til I was 100% sure! I had pains on Sunday & had to go in to A&E where they gave me a positive test & took blood. Had to go back in today to check the hormone levels had risen as I had a suspected/possible ectopic pregnancy & they wanted to rule that out. Then today they gave me a scan and found cysts on my ovaries which we assumed caused the pain as I've been getting pregnancy symptoms and was beginning to think things were ok. However, the bloods they took today showed the hormone level had reduced so is most likely that the pregnancy is failing. Sorry to put a downer on here so early in the thread! But thought as I was daft enough to post in the first place I ought to at least tell you why I won't be on here again! Huge congratulations to those who are joining this & hope your pregnancies continue to be happy & healthy ones. xxxxxxxx

Hi Gill This is my first - but I'm actually from the due Feb thread. I'm 13+3 today and have just had my '12' week scan. Very exciting! I had been keeping my eyes peeled for the Due April thread as I thought it would've started much sooner than it has. But you're here now and that's what's important! I hope lots of lovely ladies join you soon. Congratulations Leeanne! If it's any comfort, there's a lady on the Due March thread who I've known for a while and she fell pregnant straight after a miscarriage. Everything's going really well for her now. Joy, I have my fingers crossed for you. I have meant to say before that your baby (in the photo) is absolutely adorable Well, I'd better stop gatecrashing and go back to my own thread!!! Hi everybody, Hey gate crashing is fun and should be actively encouraged! Hi Leanne lovely you can join us. Fingers crossed for your scan, hope its good news. Hi jessiestars, congrats to you. Fatigue yeah it knocks you for six. Just take it really steady nothing at work is as important as that amazing thing you are creating. Have you got a husband or partner to help. Make sure you put your feet up and get him to do the dinner and dishes once in a while. You certainly don't get spoilt or allowances the second time round so enjoy it whilst you can! Anyone else got a sore back? My sacroilliac joints are aching and sore again same as last pregnancy. Guess those ligaments are all loosening already and with lifting my toddler, his car seat and buggy today has just been too much. Thinking of going to the doctors tommorrow to get a physio referral early. Probably means I will have to start wearing a support belt again..joy! My best friend was shocked at how my belly has expanded so high up. She kindly told me thats how her friends belly went this early and she had twins aargh!!! Take care, LOL Gillxxx

well today was my due date so hubby and i let a balloon go to mark the loss of our baby. feels a really strange day. Easier to cope thugh as i am pregnant again but still sad for our little bean that will never be. Hi to everyone good to have people to chat with as not really telling people yet. Leeanne xxx
