hi everyone,

just thought id let all mums to be know that tesco are doing a discount just now on tommy tippee sterilisers. my branch near glasgow had £10 off the electronic steam steriliser and £5 off the travel version, there was only a few left so i grabbed one of each!
ps. there are a set of three soft teated bottles in each box, i got a seperate box of three bottles and had to return them so just to let you all know!

happy shopping all!

hi lynne,

yeah i think lots of people are really impressed with tommy tippee and it made my job easier deciding cause there are so many brands. i didnt realise that there were 3 bottles in with the sterilisers so i got my money back. i still need to get cow and gate powdered milk, hubbie is saying we can get powdered milk on prescription but its a hassle and the midwife will just give me another lecture about breastfeeding this and that! wait and see then, alix

ah right thats a good idea i bought more bottles along with the ones in the pack because i know that 3 wouldn't be enough so got pack of 3 and also got one free with my breast pump so got 7 at home sadly only got two here with me lol but hoping to breast feed only for a while anyways they were just incase i couldn't better safe than sorry really ah? i think they are really good and really am impressed with the design and the great anti-colic it has, i not using powder hopefully and if i am i'm using aptimil because it really is the best of the best my sister and nephew were both on cow and gate and they both got really bad colic and constipation so not even going to go there with james, can't get it no prescription i don't think not anymore? can get milk tokens thats what i get and can use that for powder milk are u on benifits or anything like that? none of my midwifes have even talked to me about breastfeeding or anything like that but i have read loads of books and wanna give it a try anyways if it doesn't work then powder it is lol

Well hope all is well

Take care

yeah ive got six bottles, three were included with the electronic steriliser and 3 in the travel version so thats handy! i want to breastfeed for a few weeks at least but thought i should have a back up ready cause il need bottles eventually. i will look for aptimil then instead of cow and gate, need to get last few bits and pieces soon. well im on sick pay unitl end of this week cause of my pelvic pain, my job is term-time and finishes now so my maternity pay will start in september. i havent even got a hospital bag ready just in case baba arrives early so will need to organise something soon so that im not running round like headless chicken in a few weeks time. my gut feeling is that baba will be overdue but i dont want to take any chances! alix
