can anybody tell me when in the month is best to start taking agnus castus my monthly isnt due to start until next sat but having signs only had start of last one on 8th july but has been 25, 26,28,31 days long in past.

hi there, i just started taking it when i bought it, been some time ago now, but i dont think theres a best time to start, it gets into your system within 3 hours xxx
