i had twins in august and have since been trying to tone down my belly but with no luck, and its really depressing when people think am pregnant, have tried all coset, girdles i mean anything to make my belly look normal but no luck. can someome please tell me what to do

have you tried the pelvic floor exercises and tummy exercises? I was told to lie down with my legs bent and to tilt my pelvis then breath out then tighten stomach and lift you head up as far as you can and repeat about 10 to 20 times and you see your tummy muscles tightening. better to try and do it before you go to bed every night and it may be a week or two before you ntoice a change but dont give up. suzxxx
