if anyone else out there has had this problem, I would be grateful if you could help me. We have a mamas and papas skoot pushchair which just seems to cause no end of problems from the day it was bought. Firstly we realised on our first trip out that if you wanted to have baby facing you (the whole reason for buying this pram in the first place!)then as long as you didnt want to get up and down curbs you were ok! now my daughter is 14 months old and a normal size for her age but i can no longer put her in the pram as the harness is not adjustable (and looking at the picture of this product I also never had the padded protection on the harness which the picture shows)to try and save me a long trip to mamas and papas whose staff probably wont be able to help anyway as they no longer sell this pram (wonder why!) can someone please tell me how to adjust the harness
Thanks

I had the skoot and loved it. You are supposed to use the foot bar to get it up curbs when it is in pram mode, which is a bit of a nuisance at first but once you are used to it its fine, the loola is the same. My straps adjusted the same as my pliko, with little plastic things that you feed the straps through to make them longer and shorter. Similar to that of a bra. Other than that I dont really know how to explain it. Perhaps you could ring the helpline that might be able to explain it a bit better. I know from previous experience that they are closed on a weekend but they are open monday to friday, the number is 0845 268 2000. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I have tried what you said and it seems to have worked

i did use to use the foot bar when it was in pram mode but found it really hard work especially when walking with my sister who had a pliko pramette! and mainly for that reason I wouldnt be able to recommend this pram, but sounds as though other prams also have the same problem. On the lookout now for a light weight buggy for the summer that will fit in the back of a mini, think I may be looking a while....! anyway thanks again for your help
