Looking to buy a tandem for a 2 y.o. and a newborn.

My frontrunner is a Phil and Ted's but we'd like to spend a bit less...

What experiences have people had with other brands (Cossato, Jane's, Gracco)?  Is there much difference and is it worth shelling out.

My priorities are it being easy to steer and store away - it would also help if it doesn't look like a hulking monstrosity.

Any suggestions?

Regards

Anna

have you looked at the \mamas and papas duette? i had one 4 years ago, i loved it and aparantly they've improved it since then. Although i have to admit it wasn't easy to store back then, but maybe thats one of the improvements they've made.

I liked it as you have the option of a pram for the newborn!
