hey ya, yeh ive been to the doctor, who said it was some pulled muscle and traped nerves, to have time off work, but i really cant afford it so im contemplating going back to work monday or tuesday..... x
See how you feel after the weekend but make sure its sorted or you can do more damage to it if you over do it. What sort of work do you do? Hopefully you will be fine by monday. xxxx

well i work in childcare so im always on the floor with them, bending down to pick up toys stretching to reach things from high shelves carrying boexs from room to room, and my employers have not yet done my risk assessment. ugh!

No wonder you hurt your back! Must be on your feet most of the day aswell.
When are they doing ure risk assessment? xxx

well they havent even mentioned it to be honest, so i dont think they are even going to bother, yeh i am on my feet most of the day, or sitting on the hard cold floor, i might pop into boots and get some of those heat packs that stik onto the skin.....it might help........
gotta be worth a go. I had to keep asking about my risk assessment as no one at my work was bothering. Had to keep going up ladders and reaching up high, carrying stock up stairs and always on my feet. Now all of that has been allowed to stop so keep mentioning ure assessment to them xxx

Sammy - they have to make the workplace suitable for you otherwise they have to pay you for being at home if its not safe for you.

i dont know were to start

at first i thought i was pregnant coz i was gaetting symptoms of being pregnant and still am. i had my period on the 20th of sept and ovulated on the 6th of oct and had sex around that time but not after the 6th of oct and 12 days past ovulation which was on the 18th of oct also 4 weeks past my last period( which all indicates thats implantation bleeding with the timing and dates)  i had some spotting which i think was implantation bleeding.i was expecting my period on the 20th oct and since 18th i had spotting for 4 days now and now ive been getting this jelly muscus type thing with streaky brown discharge

went for a scan on the 23th and nothing yet but the wify said that if it was implantation bleeding then she couldnt see anything yet

ive also done a pregnancy test on that same day and negative.

so what could it be.lve always had a heavy period and cramps and nothing that looks like it so far.usually  its a 7 day period with cramps and heavy flow but it was the opposite

i still feel that im pregnant. any advise please

help!

i also had a miscarriage in july this year
