I would love to do aqua natal classes but my local swimming pool has closed down and the nearest one 2 me doesnt do them so dunno wot im gonna do. I dont think physio will help with but its worth a try. Its more sore at night and i find it really hard to move. Ive got a gym ball but it dont seem to help.

I will have a look at u tube and see wot i can find. I am so worried about labour already and i have months 2 go.

 where are you from Clare? try not to think about labour yet. i read books every now and then but everyone is so different so what might be the worse experience for one person could be the best for you? you may be very lucky. just think it cant be that bad if woman are having more than one can it!! lol

well been for my 28 week check up and all is well. i didnt have blood tests done though got to go back tomorrow i thnk my midwife is new and i am stingy with my blood so got to see nurse. squidge is measuring at exactly 28 weeks which is great news!! i have had everything crossed that the monkey dont come early!!

I didnt have my bloods done at my 28 weeks appointment, They just didnt ask and i thought you were meant to bit odd. Got my next apointment a week monday so maybe they will do it then.

As for ante natal I asked at my last appointment and she said they only do 2 classes and they wont be until november! When I asked do I need to book she said no they will do it with 50 mums to be if they have to so i don't have high hopes for that at all. She did tell me that there are loads of people due in december/ january aswell so should be interesting!!

Just over 10 weeks to go Can't wait!!
