Been for scan! I have a healthy baby - but we they couldnt get a decent view to tell us the sex!!!! I really wanted to know but i guess i will have to wait! I have a growth scan at 28 weeks, and as i have a low lying placenta i will need another scan at 34 weeks. Its so exciting, i will try and upload a pic.

I've been shopping again got a cute hoodie, hat and t shirt in H&M and 2 tops for me, and met some work friend for a HUGE cake and hot chocolate in Starbucks, so all in all its been a great day

Hope everyone is well! xxx

Evening ladies and babies!!

Congratulations on all your scans,

loopy - so you're having a boy - congratulations. Beautiful scan photo!

Skybluesara - I also have a low lying placenta and have another scan at 29 weeks, should have been 32 weeks but that would be 23rd Dec, they don't want to do it then. But I will check with the midwife at my 25 week appointment. You're photo is gorgeous, they look so content!!

Hope everyone else is well

Wow loopy I can't believe you have already named your baby boy!!  Your scan picture is fab - I will try to post mine tomorrow when DH has done his magic although none of ours are as clear as fidget was all curled up so it was difficult to get anything.

Sara - I am really glad yours is ok too.  Shame you couldn't find out the sex though as you wanted to.  Am a little jelous that you will be getting 2 more scans.  We were told we wouldn't need any more unless fidget has a massive growth spurt (which I'm hoping it won't).

So all good on the scan front which is great!

We went up to Mothercare this evening to get the "coming home from hospital all in one" that I have had my eye on for ages but they didn't have the right size.  I was really disappointed but I am about to order it online if they have it as its just beyond cute!!  It will be our first baby buy.

Babybelle we couldn't be more different when it comes to buying stuff for baby.  I've ignored all superstitions and we have everything (well, almost...)  So far we've got:

Pushchair, cot, nappies, changing table, rocking chair, clothes, toys, baby carrier, grobag colour-changing thermometer, bath, hooded towels, baby monitor, bouncy chair and a million things besides!

What names do other people like?
