Hello ladies - hope you are all well!!Im so jealous that your feeling movement, Ive had very light flutters and thats about it!!!  17 weeks today so sure it will be any time soon!!!Hi Marie - yes £800 is very steep thats why Ive changed my mind and will most prob be going for the M&P one which is half price - not long til your scan now Im so excited for you!!Welcome Annwen and congratulations!!Lauren - hope you are well - love the pram you are getting it looks so cosy and comfi!!!Lisa - I think we are in the same boat with the flutters how frustrating is it I just want to feel a proper movement!!

i thought i felt movements earlier than i actually did, they are so easy to doubt!

to me it usually feels like someone is tickling me but from the inside (if that makes sense!) when i pushed down on my bump it was like butterflies but only where my hand was and very very strong! there was no doubt because it couldnt be anything else, not even wierd wind!!

it all messed up with the car seat, we cant get it delivered to our address so we are popping out to babies r us today to see if we can buy it instore.

we decided to buy stuff if it was on the sale, we could have left the car seat a bit later but there is always the risk that it wont go down in price again, at the same time there is a risk that it will go down lower! its so frustrating!

13 more sleeps til my scan - cant wait! One of the girls in the due feb thread has done a little prediction on what sex 4 babies will be (as all 4 mum's have their scans today - although only 2 or 3 are actually finding out) but she said she thinks I will have a girl - I so hope she's right!

It really is truly amazing when you feel & SEE baby moving! My kids have always been really figity when Im in the bath - its a bit weird when you see them almost roll in a circle or you see an elbow or foot poke out on one side but its lovely! Nothing can prepare you for what it feels like or how emotional it is

Lauren thats a shame about the car seat, hope you can get the same deal in the store! Buying it now runs the chances of the price going up or down or you may even see a better bargain later on but these are the chances we just have to take! Its a gamble

around about how many weeks is it that you start to SEE it move?

Show/hide user stats

Yeah Cheryl i think we are the same im sure we will catch up he he

Lauren i hope you get your car seat sorted out i hate it when things go wrong like that

Marie you must be so excited i cant wait for my next one roll on november

Hi Sarah sorry to hear you had a bad weekend hope you are ok

Show/hide user stats

lauren - you'll probably see it move around the mid-late 20wks mark - some may see it sonner !!

lisa - Im excited, nervous, scared, worried, every possible emotion mixed into one! Just thinking incase it has the same thing as Jasmine but what will be will be - only 13 more sleeps!

SJ - Hope you're okay babe - you know where we all are if you want to moan!

What happened to other Sarah, she came back on for a few days after her holiday but havent heard from her for a while now - hope she's okay! xxx

Show/hide user stats

Awww when you see them move it is amazing when I was pregnant with my lil boy Kai I used to play with his feet etc and he used to stick his elbows out all the time it was so cool!!  Thing is when Kai got bigger he had a tendancy to put his feet right against my rib cage and it used to be so uncomfortable!!!  I cant wait for all those things to happen again, all in good time xxxx

Marie i hope it all goes ok im sure your little one will be fine

cant believe ive got 4 weeks till the half way mark time seems to be going a lot quicker know.

Does any one have a fetal dropper? im thinking of getting one and was wondering what your thoughts are?

Show/hide user stats
I think its a great idea Lisa, I havent ever used one myself but must be so good to be reassured when you need to be - how much do they cost about?? x
Show/hide user stats
Not sure think i will look around i hear you can get them from tesco so might start there. I think maybe because i had a rocky start im never really reasured even after the scans it would be nice to be at home and be able to listen when i want, i dont think i will stop worring in till i have my baby in my arms

Right ladies im off i will speak to you all tomorrow

Cheers

Lisa & bubble

I know what you mean Lisa not sure if its because Im a bit older and wiser now but I tend to worry alot more than what I did with my first pregnancy - let me know how you get on with finding the fetal dropper may have to invest in one myself - take care xx

in my opinion fetal droppers are evil! i know how much of a struggle it was for the midwife to find Blob at my last appointment so i certainly wouldnt want to be panicing at home about it.

Yes they are good for the reassurance but what if one day you can't find the heartbeat, not because its not there but because the baby is hiding or you have it in the wrong position, also you arent a medical professional that knows what all the other sounds mean.

im like a kid at christmas! my car seat is amazing! huge but amazing! we got this one

ive had it out and been playing with it on the armchair but we dont have our family car yet so cant try it in the car

when it has all the newborn inserts in it, you can see just how teeny our baby is going to be and it made me all gooey!

right -- I had a lot of problems with my ex texting and ringing other women etc.. when me and OH got together I got a message from his ex saying he'd cheated on her, thought she was being bitter, then found out he cheated on the one before her - so started having some trust issues, once saw on his facebook that he'd sent someone an anonymous message on Honesty Box, saying they were "fit as fuck" I flipped but we kinda worked through it, then after we found out about baby, I found a message on his phone from a text service and a message FROM him TO someone named Lara, saying he liked outside and the thrill of being caught, generally wanting no strings - I went mad, he denied it all, I thought that'd be the end of it. Saturday night we were out in town and two girls were behind him EVERYTIME he went to the bar, even caught one of them pinching his arse, but in fairness he did move away. He was texting someone at 4 am, so started to feel paranoid, when he got up and went to the loo, I checked his phone and found a picture message of one of those girls in her bra, I questioned him about it and he flipped. I assumed guilt because of his reaction and now he's saying despite us giving things another go, he can't trust me and I obviously don't trust him - thing is I do trust him, because I know he'd never cheat on me -- I know this girl sent him the message and he never sent anything back etc. just really want us to work things out but he's so distant at the moment, think he's just shutting down.

oh no SJ im so sorry that you are going through problems as well.  we've been struggling the whole time darren was having his affair because of his double life.  i thought i trusted him but always had a little niggle in my mind - turns out i knew something was going on the whole time it just took me a while to click and i needed hard evidence.

in my experience, if you feel the need to check up on him and dig its usually because he is doing some wrong and you know that he is lying or hiding something.

if darrens affair has taught me anything its how much i actually know him and how good i am at knowing he is lying to me, yes it took a while to get there but i have always been a bit blonde!!!

i dont know what to suggest with him being distant, maybe some counselling will help you both deal with things.  when me and darren first had problems i refused point blank to go to counselling because i thought that to make it work we had to sort it ourselves but Darren has A LOT of other underlying problems that need sorting out.

Hey Vicky.....!!!!!

Here I am am sweetie!!! How's things with you? Hey..hey...you are almost there babe!!!

How u feeling and how is your pregnancy so far?

I am alright but have been quite busy recently. Haven't been posting for ages to be honest but I pop in here sometimes whenever I have time to see everyone is doing fine! I even feel a bit guilty for not posting but quite frankly there is not much happening!!! I am 19 weeks this thursday. My next scan is in 4 weeks when I will be 23 weeks. It's crazy that I have to wait that long.......it's driving me mad!!! There some delays due to my early scans but hopefully they will be able to tell the sex of the baby! We sooo want a boy...I can not tell you! But I'll be happy with a girl,too....of course! Went to my GP 3 weeks ago and heard the heartbeat again...it's amazing!!! There's a little machine in there! My bump is sooo huge that I look far further than 19 weeks....and my breasts are 3 times bigger than originally! It's madness!!! I can feel some movements but no kicks yet...maybe because I am well layered if you know what I mean!!!

I am giving up my job as well as it's getting harder now! Only 4 weeks left and I can not wait really! Are you still working?

Hey..I gotta go now as it's getting late!

Would love to hear from you soon!!!

(.... My e-mail addy if ur interested.....   reka.gergely@hotmail.com    )

Hugs and loads of kisses.......... Nadia
