Hey, im new to the site an hoping to get a bit of help!

Im 14 weeks pregnant with my first child...and ive been getting slight pulling pains..almost like really light period pains..but no blood..they come and go just every so often but  its worrying me a little!!

Also, im lookin more like im 6 months pregnant not 3 and a half!! its gettin me down a little because ive out grown my clothes so quick and cant figure what to do for exercises as i was told abdominal crunches and things like that could harm the baby..alog with jogging.

Has anybody else experienced this? Is it normal?

Please help!!! =]

Hi Trishylou x

All those pulling pains are normal in pregnancy, i am 23 weeks pregnant, and i experienced all them, with both pregnancy's.

Also, getting fat or having a bump is the best part of pregnancy i think, and excuse for eating more, i think you should stop getting down and enjoy all these pleasures of pregnancy, specially getting fat. its only for 9 months x

Im the same as you with food dont fancy anything, ive been put on nutrition shakes as ive lost 1 stone in 13 weeks so just need to keep an eye on things but everything makes me wretch.
