Hi, i had a miscarraige when i was just over 3 months pregnant, as i'm sure those of you who have experienced this, it's a very tough time. This was my first pregnany. It happened 2 years ago.

I'm now wanting to try for a baby. Has anyone been through the same thing? Have you had any complications the second time round? What should i avoid? I'm coming off the pill this week and starting folic acid and monitoring my diety and exercise. What else would you advise?

Thanks alot for anyone who can help

hi louise, just like to say, take it easy, try not to worry just take your folic acid or "pro-natal" or the like and eat healthily thats about all you can do really, i had a miscarriage just before xmas last year and because of my age we tried again imediatly, im now 18 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby, so it can all be fine, my miscarriage was a blighted ovum and was discovered at about 14 weeks, hope this has been of help to you, and all the best xxx

Hi, i had miscarriage 2 years ago, when i was 23 and we was really unhappy. I am from Slovak republik and living and workin for 2 years in England. We came to England after what happend to us, to try new life. After what happend I started eating pills Jadine and now i am thinking to finished with them coz me and my partner would like to try for a baby. I dont know, but i am still scared about if we can make it, what about if i wouldnt  be able to give a birth to my baby. I dont know if i will be strong enough if it will finished bad again.

Miska, try not to worry - what are the pills for???? have never heard of them! the only pills you should now be taking is "folic acid" to give your baby the very best chance whilst you are trying.  I'm sure that when you try again all will be well, I've had 9 pregnancies and have 6 great kids, i've had bad luck too but theres lots of good too, im going thro a miscarriage at the moment and this time it HAS taken its toll, but im so much older than you so you should try again without fear!!! All the very best to you, take care of yourself and step forward! xxxxxxxxxxx

Hi.....I'm new here.......just miscarried at 10 weeks on 25th August while on holiday in France. I have an 11 year old daughter. I had two m/c's at 6 and 8 weeks a matter of 6 months apart a year after my daughter was born. We would dearly love another child but at over 40 am wondering if it's meant to be!

Don't know whether to wait to try again or just keep hoping and let nature take her course.

Oh hun that must be so hard. I miscarried this year but am fortunate to have fallen pregnanat again.

All i can say is never give up hope - you may be 40 but doesn't mean your not supposed to have another baby.

It will happen when you least expect it. Good Luck hun xxx

Thanks Sarah........life not been too good to me....my husband was killed in an accident in 2006....2nd year anniversary of that next month,we were only married for 18 months.

It had all turned around when met my new fella late last year......deeply in love and so very happy until this was sent to try us. We will be fine we are very strong and will see what happens.

oh hun so sorry to hear that. Life is always unfair to nice people.

Just be strong , don't give up on your dreams because they will come true. I almost gave up after the miscarriage but i'm glad i didn't.

Everything happens for a reason and perhaps it was your bodies way of saying the baby wasn't healthy.

Keep trying hun and smile xx
