Hi everyone It's good to see some new Scottish Mummies. Babyg DH and me are dying to find out sex of Bub, but s/he is being an awkward wee bugger as at the last scans s/he is keeping their modesty intact and keeping their feet in their groin. Got another scan in a couple of weeks so fingers crossed. Laura (peachy) I've been keeping fine recently. Had a few scares early on. Had 2 MC's previously so I have been totally paranoid, more so than I think I would have been. Starting to feel a bit breathless, but think that's to be expected. Hope the urine infection clears up. Feeling lots of kicks which is a strange feeling, but nice. Laura 25+5 x

yeah i love that name, my bf has an unusual surname so we need to try and get something that goes with it plue if it is a girl we have choosen the middle name as christine and boys middle name as patrick so its finding a name to go with both. My 2 wee cousins are due before me one had stolen the name i want which was jamie-leigh for a girl. That true as soon as they were here we will not have time to think about wot it was lyk before they were here. I am soooo tired 2day, i could just go to sleep at my desk xx

Hi all you new scottish mummies, good to hear from you all, and glad to hear you are keeping well throughout your pregnancies. It can be really quiet on here, so best going to the due date month you are they are much busier. I am on my 3rd pregnancy have two sons aged 16 and 13, must be MAD!!!! I can't really complain this pregnancy has been quite easy considering my age, i'm 38yrs young!! And i am finally on the home straight, got around 5-6weeks to go, due next month. We are not sure what we are having one scan said boy one said girl, so sure gonna be one or the other, the most important thing is baba is healthy and i can get through labour smoothly. We had been trying to concieve for two and a half years but we got there without any fertility treatment. To be honest we are just gratfull we have been given this chance. You all take care and talk soon Syb & baba 34wks

Hi Syb, just wanted to say good luck with everything. I had my son Archie in March this year, my other son is 17. So quite an age gap. And i was 38 during my pg. Turn 39 the day before Archie was born. My pg was fine apart from the last 3 wks, but recovering from a c/section took longer. Good luck to everyone, enjoy your pregnancys Mo and Archie

Hi everyone, Not sure if anyone remembers me i last wrote in before my son was born. He's 4 mths now, i can't believe how quickly the time has passed. Motherhood is the best thing in the world! The delivery went well, the staff at ayrshire maternity unit were fantastic! When Tyler was born (pink's Get the Party Started was playing) i had tears of joy and turned to my partner Colin and said that wasn't bad i could do that again ha ha. It was all such a positive experience. But we'll wait a couple of years before we try again and enjoy watching Tyler growing up. It's amazing how much a smile from your little baby just warms your heart. Love it!! Good luck to all you expecting mothers. I hope your experience is as wonferfull as mine was. Bernie x
