CONGRATULATIONS CLAIREHow lovely and you did well with only gas & air. So much for trapped wind!!! Can't wait to see some pics when you get a chance. Give Michael a big kiss from us all.

Well everyone any bets on who will be next????

I felt a bit crampy last night and felt as if I had a lot of pressing down below. Eventually got to sleep and woke up today fine.......well as fine as I can feel. DH thinks Bub will be here on the 26th, my Mum is saying the 17th. I'll just wait and see. He'll come when he is ready. I keep getting a bit teary when I think how this is our month and the majority of us (hopefully) will have our babies very soon. Can't wait to see my wee boy now. Well I am away to have another blub.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Hi all

Woo hoo Claire!  That is sooooo cool.  Well done you.  At least the pain was worth it for your beautiful boy.  Bet you are glad that labour is out of the way and you can now relax and enjoy being a Mummy.  Congrats again

Thanks Ash and Laura for your best wishes.  They are much appreciated

Hey Natty - how you today?  Is good you are not too uncomfortable.  I am fine as long as I am lying down on my side!  Not particularly practical but am doing it as much as I can

Rachael - any more movement?  Won't be long now - just hang in there

E-J - I feel EXACTLY like that.  Just can't imagine baby being here as it seems like I have been pregnant for an eternity.  Am really scared!

Kym - am with you on the BP - was in the Day Assessment unit today for 2 hours whilst they did my BP, wee and hooked baby up to a heart monitor.  All results ok but just have to wait on some more blood tests which should be in in the morning.  If they ok they will continue with my induction on Sunday.  If not - they may get me in before. Took them 3 attempts to get my blood - ended up taking it from my wrist in the end which smarted a bit!

Bless you Laura - I am really tearful on and off too so I know exactly how you feel honey.  OH put on a song earlier that was a bit sentimental and I blubbed!  Also was watching This Morning yesterday and they had an article about their campaign for the elderly on and that set me off too!  Am a bit of an emotional wreck so how I am going to cope when I give birth I don't know ha ha

Anyway, time to catch the end of 'I'm a Celeb' - sad I know

Catch you all later

Little Em x 3 days until induction!

CONGRATULATIONS CLAIRE!!!! yay. cant wait to see some picks. and waht a lovely name too. you musty be exhausted but so so happy!! that was a nice surprise to come on to tonight

hi everyone else. did a list update. not long now for some and sorry k, kym and rachael. hopefully not too much longer to wait. at least you all know now youWILL have a baby within the next 2 weeks. sending a snow plough full of labour dust your way xxx

well been feeling a bit rough today. dh had an upset stomach yesterday. had panicked cos thought it was due to my cooking as came on soon after!! but i didn't eat what he had and i woke at 2am feeling sick and been on and off the toilet all day (sorry tmi!). molly has also had a funny bum. everytime she passes wind she has a little accident bless her. but not too bad. juat a little off colour.

but the great thing is she managed to do a poo in her potty for the first time today! really pleased and even tho she felt a bit rough she was ver good and didn't get stressed out about it. am a very proud mummy.

well today i just felt the need to get lots done. babies room is almost there now and i have ironed all the babies clothes. i also repacked the bags and have added some snacks and money and a book to it.

anyway glad that some of you have had your last appts. must be scarey e j. but exciting.

lil em - 3 days and counting. your being induced its not a c section is it? just think by the middle of next week you will have your baby!!!

and sorry some of you have had to be in hosp. but at least everything is ok and when you do go into hosp at least you get a feeling of what to expect. its less daunting.

well i am sending loads and loads of labour dust to you all. hope things statr to move for a few of you. take care all xxx

congratulations claire really pleased that you are both ok and are home. cant wait to see pics getting really excited now to meet my wee man not long.

am feeling really uncomfortable today he hasnt stopped moving my ribs are killing me all part of the fun ah.

natty- pleased molly is doin a poo on potty sapphire keeps going through fazes of going on the potty or toilet or doin it in her nappy of a night time.its been reaaly difficult with the pooing the weeing she took about two ays and was dry during the day but she just seems scared to do a poo. she too has been on the potty the last two nights and even on the toilet in tesco yesterday couldnt belive it,just hoping that it continues bless her. something so simple makes them seem so grown up cant belive she is going to be three in feb.

have been watching im a celeb and am so pleased that david has gone at last.

think im gonna go off to get comfoy in bed now only bloody place i can.

hope you all keep well and keep us posted

emma 36 +2

congrats claire hope u are all ok

went midwives on wed (3rd) and mentioned the constant backache i was having for three days was told it was because baby was borderline with my pelvic bone, so she said it could be any day now. made appt for 40 weeks on the 23rd dec where she said i'd be offered a sweep.

love sadie and bump 37+2

hi all

emma - bless saphire. molly has all of a sudden really got the hang of it now and is going wee wee on toilet now too. which is great cos i dont have to take a potty with me everywhere (esp if we justpop into town - thats usually a millitary persuit!) i know its only been 1 poo but im hoping cos she took so well to it that she will continue. the only prob i have is that she still isn't always telling me she needs a wee. she tends to hold it until i ask her if she wants to go!!! gonna have great pelvic floor muscles (unlike her mum!) but isn't great for her really.  i crazy to think she is so grown up. i think its a lovely age gap between children. there will be exactly 2 1/2 years.

sorry everyone else. for those of you who are gonna be new mums this is what life is all about. talking poo with complete strangers!! and even when you promise yourself it wont change your life. but it does! but its great. such an amazing feeling being able to talk about the wonderful things your children do. you feel like the best mum in the world!! so anyone doubting if this is actually what you want (ummm sorry to late now!) dont. its such a fab feeling. cant wait for the next to arrive!

well im off now. anyone fancy going into labour just let me know!! ha ha good luck and labour dust to all xxx

mornin ladies.

back ache isnt as bad so far 2day so im happy about that but still no signs of anythin happenin, plus im really constipated (sorry you probly didnt want 2 no that!) so i think that has been contributing to feelin so crap the last few days.

congratultions to claire and baby michael!
thanx 4 the labour dust i think i need it! :'(

rach 40+1 x
