enjoy ur xmas lunch mazzy and writing ur xmas cards, got the girls to write theirs for school last night so there all done now. were going to start delivering family's xmas presents this sunday as i want to get them out the way.  then im hoping ill have the motivation to put the tree up!!

anyways got a crap morning ahead, my friend died suddenly last week he was only 44!!  got up feeling ill went docs had blood clot and it went straigt to his heart and he had a heart attack!!  still trying to get my head round how life can change so quickly, he leaves his wife and young family.  anyways sorry to depress u all.

hi emma - wow what a shock that must hve been for you. i am so so sorry to hear about your friend. things like that make you realise how fragile life is. its so very sad. but cant dwell on what could be. just proof we need to stay happy healthy and live each day to the fullest. and if we are unhappy to change those things.  i do hope that the funeral goes well (i guess thats where you are going this morning?)

well feeling alot better thanks. think it must have been just a 24hr thing thank god.looks like we are going to see santa today. will treat my mate who is down at the mo. cant wait!

Thanks natty, funeral went really well, over 300 people turned up to say there good byes. 

jen, it could be a 24hr sickness bug but just to be on the safe side id give the midwife a call and see what she says.  try and drink plenty of water and maybe a dry piece of toast see how it sits and go from there.  hope u feel better soon!!

anyways off to relax take a head ache tablet too i think.
