OH NO Rachel!  I can't imagine how you feel.  I'm guessing somewhat shocked and numb.  I am so, so, so, so sorry.

Can't seem to find words that are going to make you feel better.  I will definitely take it easy.  You take it easy too.  Give yourself plenty of time to come to terms with what has happened.  And DO NOT beat yourself up over it.  More often than not there is nothing you could have done to prevent a m/c.

Rachel so sorry to hear ur news! Can't imagine how u must be feelin! Just remember e verything happens for a reason! Take it easy! I will make sure I do aswell from now on! Remember aswell that there is nothing u could of done to prevent it! Take care!

Are any of the other first time mums on here finding it weird at how natural everything seems to be.  No periods, expanding belly...yet it all feels perfectly normal - almost as though I've done it before. 

I wonder if that's what they mean by instinct?
