Hi all,

Am new here,  found out last week that I'm just pregnant, and due 5th December. Am 5 weeks gone today.

I am complicated, so am seeing my ob-gyn on Wednesday and due an early scan the week after. Fingers crossed. Have had a few miscarriages already so am nervous and over-analysing every single twinge or sensation.

Have a nearly 8 year old son already, this one will be my hubbys first so he's very excited.

Eating will be an issue as I had a gastric bypass last year, it's making me nervous but I have dieticians and specialist nurses at the end of the phone for advice so fingers crossed all will be ok.

I know it's very early days, and alot of people don't find out till further along, but is anyone else due in December?

 Sunny x

nice to see others popping up

My due date has moved, its currently the 12th december, but may change again!

When I saw the ob-gyn last wednesday, they ended up doing a scan which put me a week behind were we thought we were.  Going back on the 22nd for another scan where we should be able to see a heartbeat (fingers crossed!)

I miscarried in Feb 09 and found out I was pregnant again in Mar 09 after 1 cycle.  Every visit to the loo is a trauma.  Very nervous but have a reassurance scan on 1st May.  Will be long 2 week wait but I have everything crossed all will be fine.  These websites really help. I hadn.t realised how common miscarriage was until I had mine.  Due 13th Dec 09 all going well.  Hugs to us all,

D

Hi D, I have my scan next wednesday, 2 weeks after the first scan which was too early to see a heartbeat, so I can empathise on the 2 week wait!

Hi Girls,

I wanted to wish you all the best of luck.  I was on the "Due Dec 08" thread and was due on Christmas Day.  My little boy Zac arrived on the 16th Dec by c-section.  He is now 4 months and I cannot believe that I was where you girls are now a year ago, I felt like I was pregnant forever but now he is here the time has flown by.

I might pop on from time to time to see how you are all doing

Good Luck

E-J and Zac xx

im still in shock that im actually pregnant again, so no nerves really for me YET!! lol. but with my last pregnancy i was really bad, especially with the implantation pains, i constantly thought i was coming on a period.. looked like i was having a love affair with the bathroom hehe.

i cant believe how sick i am feeling already tho and im only due my period today

I've been feeling nauseous for about a week now, not been sick at all just on and off queasy. Found that my appetite over the last few days has completely vanished too.

Everytime I say to hubby that I feel sick he says Oh that's a good sign! So helpful

Will they not do an early scan with you having previous miscarriage?
