Good afternoon, I'm a bit apprehensive about starting this thread but I'll that the plunge. There must be others who have tested positive. I have just done my 3rd PG test and got another BFP. I'm Rachel, almost 34, I have one goregous son, Ben born March 2008. If my dates hold up then this will be number 2 due around 13th Feb. I'm like a kid on speed today and can not believe that I am PG, as I have been totally convinced AF was on her way, even though we have been trying. Any others ladies out there got BFP's for due Feb? Rachel xx

Hey Rachel congratulations i'm also from the Feb 09 thread and it's quite emotional thinking back that this time last year this was me. My little boy was also born on Feb 13th like Jay. We had 3 Friday 13th babies in our thread. Seems quite wierd that if you give birth on your due date our 3 little boys will be one. It seems so long away but it goes so quick as i'm sure you already now. I'm sure there will be lots of other women joining you soon so you not lonely. This website is a fantastic support system and i've made some really good friends x x x

they will rachel, our thread wasn't started till the middle of june and some were still waiting for a bfp!! I guess being your second you're a bit more aware of the symptoms!! I thought I was coming down with a cold cause I was waking up thirsty every morning, when I got up and thought ''ummmm I fancy a lettuce sandwhich for breakfast'' it was time to reach for the clear blue!! we'd been trying for a baby but Id only been off the pill for 3 weeks so I thought noooooo!! but we were, god that seems like only yesterday!! some of us on our thread met up 2 weeks ago and hope to do it again soon, just shows how pregnancy can bring people together!! we'll keep you company till there are more and more mummys to be!! xx

Strangely I never really had any symptoms with Ben and I so far haven't had anything yet...except what I was convinced was AF arriving! Hey ho.

Hello again Anne-Marie. I'm so glad to hear Abi is doing well. Ben is also thriving and yes, he do is a demanding little character Poor you, I didn't have any symptoms with Ben and I know that most people never carry the same way twice, so I am not looking forward to them. I hear that Gemma is also due to be a Jan 2010 mummy!!! She just doesn't have access to the internet at the mo apparently. I wonder if any more of us on the March thread will be heading for another? I think thats 5 in total now....

Sorry Rach but just wanted to wish you good luck from all the girls on ttc (even though i'm not techincally one of them anymore) and to say - there's plenty of time for the morning sickness lol! Mine didn't hit til weeks 6-7!! xxxx
|
 |
Anne-Marie - I speak to Gemma occassionally. I knew she was TTC'ing has been since new year time I believe. I had to wait a bit because of the Wedding. Spooky that we are all with a month of each other though. Eri - thanks for the well wishes....and I really am hoping that I go symptom free, the SPD is something I am not looking forward to, but it likely I will get again. I'd forgotten about that until Nic mentioned in on TTC thread. lol

Oh man, I need some commpany on here soon! I'm about to ask a question of people that don't technically exist yet.... HELP ME... My boobs are really sore. Anyone got any suggestions. They got so bad yesterday that i times I wanted to fill the sink and soak them in warm water. lol

I wish it was me!! I'm so pleased for your honey. I haven't had any contact with Gemma or Sarah for ages, well anyone really!! Things are still stressful at work, new bosses have taken over this week which is great timing what with Dave's birthday and lots of other stuff. As I said on the phone still have little feelings of oh I wish I was pregnant, but hey ho!! Anyway, now I'm married to a 50 year old better changed my name to Nanny Carol lol. Keep well and give Ben a big kiss and cuddle from me x x

 |
rachel- i breastfed abi until she was 1 then stopped and i conceived just after stopping feeding her and as i lie on my boobs on a night ( cant help it they are a g cup)i still have my milk i asked the health visitor on monday if it will dry up and she said it might settle down in the middle of my pregancy but it might not. not sure what to suggest for you maybe take a warm bath and see if it helps. hope you are well love anne-marie x x

I breast fed Ben for 12 weeks. And my boobs deflated to smaller than they were before but they have been totally normal. Until now!!! I never had any symptoms with Ben, so this hole boob thing is new and driving me nuts! Blimey, milky boobs through pregnancy, I don't fancy being you... lol. Poor you though, it must be awful!
