I'm new to this forum so hi and happy new year!
I know that one topic us mums always have an issue with during and after pregnancy is our health and weight, so thought I would tell you about what worked for me, as I am so happy with the results!
My daughter was born last September and by that point I had put on 3& 1/2 stone. I was not happy and thought as soon as I could, I would start getting back into shape! I didn't really want to go to a gym as I have never really found the gym to be that beneficial, and did not have the time to spend 1-2 hrs in a gym with a baby in tow!!
I started attending these exercise classes called 'Baby2Body', which combine strength training, yoga and pilates. I got advice about my diet and lifestyle and within weeks I started seeing the benefits. I was losing weight, had more energy and just felt great.
Just over a year later, I am now the slimmest I have ever been and really toned. I feel fit and healthy and still attend the classes twice a week, just to maintain my fitness. An added bonus is all my cellulite has gone!! What's also great about these classes is that they are ideal for fitness during pregnancy as well.
