Hi there

I am keen to buy a second hand Stokke Tripp Trapp highchair. They retail new for £99 and you need the accessories (baby seat and cushions) which then brings it to just under £140 for the lot. Anyone want to sell theirs for less than that or know where I can get a deal?

Thanks alot
Isabelle

Isabelle, have you looked on eBay? Often you can find decent deals there, though of course it means you won't know much about its history.

try ebay like daddyo has mentioned.
or somewhere but i can't for the life of me remember at the moment theres a company who sell a very similar product for a lot less money, if i remember i'll post it up on here.

Thanks for both Daddyo and Luke's responses - I have tried ebay and actually might bid for one that's on there. Luke - I think the company you might be thinking of is Kiddicare? I tried and they don't sell Stokke goods but thanks anyway!

Just wanted to let you all know - I was looking for one recently and found that everywhere sold them at the same price -£99. I think they are so popular that everyone wants them anyway and are not price sensitive. So, I could not find a better deal online, could not find one second hand (as I think people have them forever as they become child chairs) and although I was tempted by ebay that was selling new ones, the bidding was fierce and they ended up being about the same price with delivery. So I just went down to my local nursery store, Lilliputs in Battersea, and bought one for £99! As long as you can get it for this price and don't pay more, it seems the easiest and quickest way to buy one.

Jake has a tripp trapp, we were given it by a very good friend of mine, they are fantastic!

Even if you buy one new Isabelle it is definately worth the investment, and if you do sell it second hand years down the line you make a considerable amount of the money back!

Anna (who gave Jake the chair) was using hers up until 6 weeks ago! And she's just turned 21 !
I would recommend it to anyone!

Have you thought about maybe buying the chair new- but the baby set on eBay?

Sorry, wasn't particually helpful !
