I'm terribly sorry about that, I don't know what happened, I made sure they had the addresses in plenty of time to send the tickets out. Let me look into what happened and see what we can do about it.

Well The Baby Show people have got back to us. They did send the tickets out but it looks like the mail let us down.

Apart from being very apologetic they've said that you can either have two free tickets to the Birmingham show in May next year or two free tickets to Earls Court next October.

They'll be writing to you in person about it, but if you also want to contact them I can give you the email of our contact.

I presume as everyone else is quiet you're the only unlucky one. Apologies once again, but give that you've got another on the way I hope the show will be just as relevant next year.

Sorry to hear you didn't get your ticket. I didn't get a ticket from them either but I was able to get in my turning up at the show and picking up a press ticket there.

I'll arrange for the next time we work with The Baby Show that you and your partner get complimentary tickets. As the show runs in Glasgow and Birmingham as well as Olympia if its more convennient for you to go to one of them please let me know.

I've only just picked up on this thread. I also won tickets (apparently!) but they didn't arrive. I've only just found out that I'd won and I'd forgotten about entering to be honest but I thought I better let you know that I didn't get the tickets either.

Good to hear that the Baby Show are on the case for sorting out other tickets too. I could understand them being late, but it's strange that they haven't arrived at all.

Mind you went to make a large purchase on the credit card last night for it to be declined.. "sorry sir your card was out of date in august" ring up the bank to be told theve sent me a new one back in july. i think its just the postie round our way were always getting knocks at our door and people are delivery mail or we have to take round mail for others who live in either the same street or the village with the same surname or who have the same house number.

Luke, don't mean to concern you, but my new credit card went missing twice a few years ago and both times someone had nabbed off with it and run up a huge bill! Wasn't a problem for me, just a nuisance. Police said that there was a postie-racket for selling on cards.

I think most credit card companies take measure against that but mine was obviously a bit backward.
