Hello everyone!

I'm 34+2 weeks and I seem to be thinking up new questions everyday!   I just wondered when you go about timing your contractions do you time from the start of one to the start of the next or from the end of one to the start of the next?

Thank you girls

If i remember correctly, its the start to the start, if that makes sense.  Also remember to time how long your contraction is.

Good luck, not long to go now!!

Thanks Jemma! x

Hi emily, you jot down the time when it starts then when it finishes (so you know how long it lasts)... and then jot down the time it takes for the next one to start (so you know how regular they are) if that makes sense!?

i.e. 22.05 start of contraction lasting for one minute

22.15 start of next contraction lasting one minute

22.25 start of next contraction lasting one minute..... so they'd be one minute long every 10 mins....

Hope this helps,

good luck x x x
