hi all, i am 9 weeks pregnant today, i am a little worried as my symptoms are not as strong as what they have been these last 5 weeks, my nipples are a little tender and im not feeling sick all day like i was, is this normal?

do women start to feel better at this point?

Hi there - firstly congratulations!  Secondly, everyone is different & every pregnancy is different! With my first baby I didnt have any symptons at all until past 20 weeks, when my boobs started feeling heavier. Other than that it was the "perfect" pregnancy! With my 2nd baby I was exhausted from the word go, felt nauseous morning, noon & night but most of which disappeared around 12 weeks. However with this pregnancy Im now 18 wks & although the nausea has now subsided Im still totally exhausted all the time & my boobs feel like Ive got 2 kids hanging on them constantly! So I suppose what Im trying to say without rambling (which I do very well) is I wouldnt worry too much about your symptoms not being present all the time! They may come & go on a daily or weekly basis! Just relax, take things easy & try to enjoy things while your not feeling sick all the time! something which is easier said than done, I understand!

Best of luck, love Marie x
