Just a friendly warning to anyone looking to purchase from the online store two left feet, there after sales are shocking so if you have any problems do not expect a fast resolution.

Due to up grading thier phone lines after sales are unable to take phone call so all correspondence has to be done by email, which would be fine if they ever answered the emails sent.

 My order had a 7-14 day delivery which was at the beginning of October I have since emailed and emailed and was told a further 7-10 days which has now pasted and I am still waiting.

I have now sent complaint emails and also called speaking to new business who can not help but can send a message but I am still waiting so not much point. I also asked for someone to call me back and I was told this is not possible I will be contacted by email.

As you can imagine this is quite frustrating luckly I am only waiting on a footmuff it would be a nightmare if I wanted a more important item.

So as I said proceed with caution there are lots of interent companies offering the same products for the same cost so maybe they would be worth a visit.
