I have read the article on strollers and wondered if there are any with the baby facing mum. I have a loola which you can have either way, but Will is 9mths old now and not the light weight he used to be! I have him both ways, but find when he is away from me it stops us chattering to each other. any advice appreciated.

Hi we have had a bebecar multipla which faces mum, its a big heavy pram though Matilda is now 2 and still faces me we bought a zooper 3 wheel in may after reading a review on this site and its great its a dream to push and is one of the cheaper prams weve bought. We got it from precious little ones as we found it to be cheapest place. http://www.preciouslittleone.com/acatalog/ZPEL3W.html
most people think i'm mad that she still faces me but i love to talk to her when we walk and as i don't drive we do walk alot. i love her facing me and hate to see people with small babies in forwrd facing buggys. hope that helps em xx

Hi Amanda & Em

In my experience, if you want baby/toddler to face you- lightweight strollers are just not an option!
My Zooper 3 wheeler (which i reviewed on here!!) was definately a good buy, I love having Jacob face me, and I will be sad to be getting less use out of it when I've had second baby (due in Sept). And like you Em I find that people do think I'm weird having my 17 month old toddler facing me- but it's nice to be able to interact with him when we go for walks & if I stop to chat to people he doesn't feel left out!

No-one seems to do a lightweight pushchair for baby to face mum in :o(

Sorry I know that's not particually helpful- but your loola is one of the most compact reversable seat pushchairs on the market!

hey mummygoth it was your reveiw i read that made me buy the zooper!! just to say thanks its much easier to push that my bebecar was and definatly a great buy, though like you come jan i won't be using it much as no2 is due we're thinking of getting a first wheels twin as seats can face mum these are very rare in a double buggy thought you might be interested though with yours due next month you prob already have one sorted.

That is the double pushchair I want!!!

Unfortunately I can't afford one :o(

Good Luck with your pregnancy & owning such a glorious double buggy !
