hi there i will be buying a highchair soon and am wondering what sort of things i should be looking for in one? i have never bought one before so am a little confused. much help needed.

adjustable heights is good so you can feed whilst your sat and the table or the sofa etc.
removable trays, help with the cleaning.
removable padding so you can clean it easier.
also consider if space to store it when not in use is a problem or not, as some dont fold, others fold but can be bulky and some even fold flat.

Have a look at the Tripp Trapp high chair by Stokke, it is a great chair that grows with your child. There is no tray so that your child can join you at your dinner table. I found it very easy to clean. you can get a baby set of cushions and head rest that can be removed when your child is about 3 years old. The chair is about £99 but you can find it on ebay second hand.
