Hi there,my youngest had similar,they said that one of her hips hadnt developed properly and she was referred to the disablement dept of my local hospital.It may be the same im not sure,but after they had done a scan they suggested a splint which is like a plastic nappy that seperates the legs,which she had to wear for a few months.Some are ones that you can take off and some are like a cast.Perhaps in your case they might just moniter the growth of the hips to see if they even out with time.I really wouldnt worry.I know how you must feel though.They have the best teams available for this kind of thing and it always sounds worse than it is,so dont get upset,atleast they are able to catch this kind of thing early whereas years ago they couldnt.
