HAIR!

Hello Ladies

This may be off topic but want some advice. I had a very awful experience at the hairdressers about a year ago where they died it but left it in too long and completely DAMAGED my hair. I think they over processed it. Anyways my hair from then on takes so long to grow...even after two trims nothing big still nothing. My hair has been shoulder length to this day!!!!!

Any suggestions? Products??? Food??

Are you deep conditioning your hair? You also should make sure your not further damaging your hair by using too many products or really hot flat irons or hair dryers. Have you talked to a professional hairdresser about your hair, they will probably hava really good suggestions or treatments for you 

get extensions in the meantime? try to get EFAs , essential fatty acids
