Hi girls, anyone else in the same back pain?22+weeks and only adviced pain killers! Wow!

Clicked on the link to lafeenoire on here and bagged one of their new support bands to give it a try. Its just arrived and I am really pleased. Maybe finally something will ease the dull ache? Also got a belly band in 2 colours as so reasonable! Anyone else tried it yet (corset couture), think fairly new but I am always keen to try anything . Be good to hear from anyone also suffering and deffo recommend this

have you spoken to a physio?

as part of my antenatal classes we saw the physio 3 times to talk about aches and pains, she had a lot of positions to ease back pain and exercises to help. especially as you are getting it quite bad and quite early in pregnancy. the next 18 weeks will be tough.
