HAD MY SCAN !!!!! :)

WOW I CANT BELIVE IT I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A BABY FOR OVER A YEAR . WAS HAVING BAD PAINS IN MY STOMACH SO WENT TO SEE MY DOCTOR WHO TOLD ME I WAS 6 WEEKS PREGNANT!!! I WAS IN SHOCK HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL TO GET A SCAN TO MAKE SHURE THE BABY WAS IN THE WOMB AND NOT IN MY TUBES BECAUSE I WAS HAVING PAINS.WELL EVERYTHING FINE!!! IVE BEEN TOLD 3 DIFFRENT DUE DATES FEB 16 FEB 19 AND FEB 28TH. ON TUESDAY I WENT FOR MY SCAN AND HAVE THE PHOTOS . NOW I AM ALMOST 3 MONTHS GONE NO BUMP YET :( BUT MY MORNING SICKNNESS HAS BEEN REALLY BAD BUT HOPEFULLY IT WILL SOON PASS

Congratulations! Morning sickness is a good sign though - all those pregnancy hormones charging around your system!

I have a feeling I'll have the same issues with dates as I have a really short menstrual cycle (about 22 days!) but drs usually count it as 28 days. So despite knowing the day I conceived I'll have to wait for my 1st scan to be sure when my due date will be.

just got back from the doctors and had to have blood taken :( but dont have to go back untill the 28th sept but my next scan is in october. then i will find out the sex of my baby even tho i have a feeling its a boy.i think things are going fast . for example (this might sound selfish) everyone saying what i must do but i think ive not even thought of that yet ! it sound silly i know i just think im moving slow and everyone is running .

Its not selfish at all - this is your pregnancy & your body after all! Take it easy & try to enjoy it. Don't pay any attention to other people.

If there's one thing I wish I'd done with my first child (born almost 8 years ago) its not listened to everyone else's opinion! Trust your instincts and enjoy!
