What do you think of this idea !!!

Hi Ladys..Ive been thinking of an idea..... and I have menstioned  to one off the members on this website.. and she thorght it is a loverly idea to do...

What it is,is at the end of this year off due date December (still in 2008 though)...is once all the women have had there babys before the year ends..that we should all meet up with our babys as a little union have a little picknick or just have a drink of tea or coffee served with cakes and just sit around in a group and talk about our birthing experiances and what our pregnancy was like and for mums who had there babys like before may can talk about what its like bringing up there baby through the months...and we can go for a walk with our children ...take them to a park  (for an eg.)

so I think it would be great to meet the mums who we have a conversation on thinkbaby and meet them in person to meet the new bundle off joy and talk about the experiance...and if there is mums due like after december like before march they can pop along to to see what 2008 mums have gone through.. (Ithink you get what im on about.

but even if its a nice idea i think it would be a very big mission to do..

 anyways ifanyone wants to chat il be on this thread or my other thread but il be checking out other threads...hope to talk to you soon

Sounds like a very mammoth task to me. There are people on this site from all over, what sort of location would you be thinking? It would have to be pretty central to everyone wouldnt it.

Its a lovely idea Claire but im not sure how practical it is.

I was thinking that myself..obvously someone who would be organise than me would have to plan it but with other peoples ideas in it..and it would have to be central off the uk.. or  you could  just have about 5-6 going on in different location and who ever lives closest go to the nearest one to where they live...

but yer your right  in some sence but if it would off happen I think it would be called thinkbaby tour or something on the lines off that lol

It is a good idea Claire but it finding someone willing to take the time to organise such a large event.

A few of us girls on the due november thread have previously discussed meeting up as there are a few of us within 2 hours of eachother.

LOL, we'd all have to wear name badges with our forum names on it lol
