Jogging prams - Products

Hello!

I know there are a lot of reviews about on prams for jogging with but wondered if anyone had tried any or had any advice. I am building up my running again and my OH has very kindly offered to buy me a jogger for my birthday. I have an iCandy Apple jogger which is great but is hard to run reasonable times with as it is heavy, but perfect for my cross-country dog walks! Has anyone tried any specialist running buggies?

Hi,

I don't have personal experience of this but do have a friend very into running and several of her running friends with children have 'jogging prams'. I'm not sure off the top of my head what the make is but I can ask next time I see her, they are very light weight 3 wheelers with VERY large wheels if this helps, I've not seen any others that look quite the same if that rings any bells with the ones you have researched? Don't know if that is any help to you or not!

hi george. I find the phil & teds really good. Its very versatile even when I've got the doubles kit on and both my boys in!! Laura x

Hi again,

The one with the big wheels is a 'baby jogger' and apparantly excellent. another lady has a 'out n about nipper' which she bought after buying a very expensive one which was useless and she said the nipper was loads cheaper, lightweight and really good. Hope that helps, good luck with the search. (have you tried the Kiddicare website, they have loads and loads of stuff on there?)

do you not find the phil & teds a bit heavy to run with? i find its quite heavy to push, esp on hill with both boys in
