My son, Aidan, loves fruit but has some objections when he sees vegetables on his plate so I do these:
1. ''hide'' vegies... I mash potatoes with carrot, stick carrots/peas inside pasta shells etc.
2. Make a face out of vegies and turn eating each part into a fun experience!
3. Pizza is always good.. normally to make it healthier we do it like this: pizza base, tomato puree, precooked chicken, chunks of veggies (carrots, broccolli, peas, sweetcorn etc) and cheese on top. It tastes exactly the same as any other pizza but it's much healthier! :)
